The Board consists of 12 members who serve three-year terms. There are three members from TR I, the remaining nine members come from TR II and III. Nominations to replace the members whose term of office is expiring are made at the February Board meeting and also at the Annual Meeting in March with voting taking place at the Annual Meeting. Each household has one vote.
